Semester structure, electives and larger cohorts.
The part that changed our week was not any single module. It was that the office stopped re-entering the same student into three different places.
We used to spend the first week of every month agreeing what the collection figure actually was. Now the disagreement is gone, because everyone is reading the same record.
Result cards used to take the best part of a fortnight and a lot of goodwill. Teachers enter marks once now, and the cards come out of that.
