Trusted by 300+ institutions

The education operating system for ambitious institutions

Admissions, fees, attendance, examinations, payroll and parent communication run on one platform instead of six. SkoolZoom gives every campus, every teacher and every family a portal of their own, backed by the same single record.

  • Replace the spreadsheet sprawl with 20+ modules that already talk to each other
  • Give staff, students and families their own portal, not a cut-down mobile view
  • Run many campuses under one group, with results that roll up

Why institutions switch

The cost of six systems is not the licence fee. It is the hours spent reconciling them.

Most institutions do not set out to run disconnected tools. It happens one purchase at a time, and the workarounds become the routine. Here is what changes when the records live in one place.

Before

Fee defaulters found by exporting to a spreadsheet and sorting by hand

After

Outstanding balances visible per class, per campus, the moment a payment posts

Before

Parents phone the office to ask about attendance or results

After

Parents open their own portal and see it, for each of their children

Before

Result cards assembled from teacher spreadsheets every term

After

Marks entered once by staff and compiled into result cards automatically

Before

Each campus keeps its own records, and the group total is a manual add-up

After

Campuses operate independently while the group sees a single consolidated view

Before

A leaver keeps system access because three tools each need updating

After

One permission change applies everywhere, because there is one system

Four portals, one record

Most school software gives you an admin panel. This gives everyone a front door.

Administrators, teachers, students and parents each get an interface built for what they actually do, all reading and writing the same underlying data. No exports between systems, no separate parent app that quietly falls out of date.

Administration portal

The control room for the whole institution.

Admissions, fee structures, examinations, payroll, inventory and reporting. Permissions decide who sees what, down to individual columns on a record.

  • Student records
  • Fee and finance
  • Examinations
  • Payroll and HR
  • Timetable
  • Reports

Staff portal

Teaching time back in the teacher's hands.

Attendance, diary, curriculum, datesheets and live classes in one place, plus the administrative things staff actually need: leaves, payslips, appraisals.

  • Attendance
  • Curriculum
  • Diary
  • Live class
  • Leaves
  • Own payslip

Student portal

Everything a student needs to keep up.

Timetable, assignments, results, library and transport, with quizzes and discussions for the coursework itself.

  • Assignments
  • Results
  • Timetable
  • Library
  • Quizzes
  • Gate pass

Family portal

Parents who stop asking the office.

Everything the student sees, plus fee payment and the ability to switch between children without a second login.

  • Multi-child switching
  • Fee payment
  • Attendance alerts
  • Results
  • Messages
  • Notices
What is included

20+ modules. One licence. No surprise add-ons.

Here are the ones institutions use most. They share a single database, so a student admitted in the front office is immediately visible to fees, attendance and examinations without anyone re-entering anything.

People

Front office

Admission enquiries, visitor logs, complaints and the front desk’s day, in one place instead of three registers.

  • Enquiry and lead tracking
  • Visitor management
  • Complaints and requests
Academics

Student information

The single student record every other module reads from: admission, family, documents, history and progression.

  • Complete student profile
  • Family and guardian links
  • Documents and certificates
Daily

Attendance

Daily marking for students and staff, with biometric device support where you have the hardware.

Classes, sections, subjects, semesters and the curriculum plan that ties them together.

Operations

Library

Catalogue, issue and return, fines and reservations, tied to the same student and staff records.

  • Catalogue and stock
  • Issue and return
  • Fines and reservations
Operations

Transport

Routes, stops, vehicles and drivers, with the students assigned to each route and fees that follow.

LMS and live classes

Assignments, materials, quizzes and online classes through Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Assignments and materials

The questions we get asked most

Straight answers, including where the honest one is a qualified yes.

How long does it take to get running?

Most institutions are operational within a few weeks. The work is mainly getting your existing records in and agreeing how fee structures, classes and permissions should be set up. We do that with you rather than handing over a login and a manual.

What happens to the data we already have?

Student, staff and fee records are imported from spreadsheets or your current system during setup. We check the import with you before it goes live, because a silent mismatch in opening balances is far more expensive to unpick later.

Do we have to take every module?

No. Institutions typically start with the core - students, fees, attendance and examinations - and switch on transport, hostel, library or payroll when they are ready. The modules are already integrated, so adding one later is a settings change rather than a new project.

Will teachers and parents actually use it?

That is the reason for separate portals rather than one interface with everything hidden behind permissions. Staff see the teaching tasks they need, families see their own children. Adoption fails when people are asked to learn a system that was not built for their job.

How is access controlled?

Permissions are layered: what a role can open, what their plan includes, and what an individual is allowed to do within it. Sensitive fields such as identity and bank details can be masked from lower roles even on records they can otherwise see. Every record carries who created and last changed it, and deletions are reversible rather than destructive.

We run several campuses. Does that work?

Yes, and it is one of the reasons groups move here. Each campus runs its own admissions, staff and fees, while the group sees consolidated reporting across all of them without anyone assembling a spreadsheet.

What does it cost?

Pricing scales with the size of your institution, so a 200-student school is not paying what a multi-campus group pays. Published pricing is on the pricing page, and a demo includes a figure for your actual numbers.

What if we need something the product does not do?

Tell us during the demo. Some requests are configuration, some are already on the roadmap, and some genuinely are not a fit. We would rather say so before you buy than discover it at rollout.

Book a demo and bring your hardest problem

The fee case that never reconciles, the campus that reports differently, the report that takes two days each term. Those are the useful things to look at, and they tell you more in half an hour than any brochure.

30 to 45 minutes

A walkthrough of the modules that matter to you, not a fixed slide deck.

Someone who knows it

A product specialist, so the answers are specific rather than referred onward.

A real figure

Pricing for your student and staff numbers, not a bracket you have to interpret.

No obligation

If it is not a fit we will say so. That is cheaper for both of us than a bad rollout.
