Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Billing errors are always corrected.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

SkoolZoom subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription period is paid for, we do not refund it - including if you cancel partway through, stop using the platform, or change your mind about the modules you chose.

The one exception is a billing error on our side. Those we always correct.

This policy covers subscriptions bought directly from SkoolZoom. If you bought through a partner or reseller, their refund terms apply and they are your first contact.

Check before you buy

Because we do not refund cancellations, we would rather you were certain first. Every institution can book a guided demonstration and ask questions before committing, and we encourage it. If something about the platform is unclear, ask us before you pay - not after.

What we do refund

Billing errors, in full:

  • Duplicate charges. Charged twice for the same period.
  • Charges after cancellation. Billed for a renewal you had already cancelled in time.
  • Incorrect amounts. Charged more than the agreed price, or for modules or seats you did not order.
  • Failed provisioning. Paid for access that was never delivered and that we could not resolve.

If any of these happens, tell us and we will correct it. You do not need to argue the case.

What we do not refund

  • Cancelling partway through a paid period. Access continues to the end of that period.
  • Unused time, unused seats, or modules you stopped using.
  • Change of mind about software that works as described and as demonstrated.
  • Setup, migration, training or other services already delivered.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Cancelling ends future billing; it does not refund the period you are currently in, and your access continues until that period ends.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights your local law gives you. Where consumer protection or distance-selling rules apply and are more generous than the terms above, those rules apply instead. This policy describes what we do, not what the law permits you to require.

Reporting a billing error

Email info@skoolzoom.com from an address associated with the account, with the institution name, the invoice or payment reference, and what looks wrong. Plain language is fine.

We review every billing query and correct genuine errors. We do not publish a fixed turnaround, because we would rather resolve your case properly than meet a number. If a query has gone unanswered longer than you expected, reply to the same thread and it will be escalated.

How corrections are paid

Refunded amounts are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit, which is outside our control.
