Yes, You can cancel the subscription at any time. Send us an email at info@skoolzoom.com to disable your account. The active subscription will be cancelled on approval from the support team. You will not be able to access the campus dashboard once your subscription gets cancelled. You have to pay the outstanding dues at the time of cancellation.

You will get access to your Master Account after the signup. From the master account, you can onboard your educational institute(s). You will also be able to create multiple campuses/branches from this account. While onboarding, You can choose a unique URL for the institute. Your staff, parents, and students will use choosen link to login into the account.
Yes. Your credit card information is 100% secure. We save your card information in an encrypted way. You can opt to not to save your card information in our database. If you opt to not to save the information, you have to enter the card information each time at the time of invoice payment.
